  • HPC prevents the triggering of the clotting cascade and reduces the risk of thrombus formation on phenox neurovascular implants 
  • HPC mimics the glycocalix, thus the platelets do not recognize the surface as a foreign body. Systemic blood coagulation is not disturbed.
