As the areas of responsibility in our departments differ greatly, we look for applicants with a wide range of skills depending on the job and position advertised. In order to fill each of our advertised positions with the most suitable candidate, we strive to handle each application process as individually as possible. However, every applicant goes through the following general steps:

After we have received and thoroughly reviewed your application, the department will decide whether to invite you to a virtual interview. Once we have gained a first impression of you and your skills in this interview, HR and the specialist department decide together whether you will move on to the next phase.

If you have caught our interest, we would like to get to know you personally. For this purpose, we invite you to an interview at our headquarters in Bochum. In this second interview, we want to learn more about you as a potential colleague and your approach to solve problems and tasks at hand. But this is not meant to be a one-sided conversation. We want to have a constructive and stimulating exchange with you. Just like we value it in our everyday work. So please ask questions and share your honest perspective with us.
