After we have received and thoroughly reviewed your application, the department will decide whether to invite you to a virtual interview. Once we have gained a first impression of you and your skills in this interview, HR and the specialist department decide together whether you will move on to the next phase.

In this second interview, we want to learn more about you as a potential colleague and your approach to solve problems and tasks at hand. But this is not meant to be a one-sided conversation.
