Why did you choose phenox as an employer?
I was approached by phenox employees whether I could imagine wanting to switch to phenox. The company headquarters in Bochum and the proximity to the development and production department appealed to me, as did the direct contact to all other employees through short distances. Furthermore, phenox has innovative products that stand out from the competition.
What is your daily work routine like?
My working day is quite varied and I am often called upon very spontaneously for interventions. I also visit customers to work with them to find the right treatment and products for their patients. This is challenging for me, but at the same time interesting and above all exciting every day. There is also routine, but rather within the framework of necessary standards.
What exciting projects are you working on right now?
In general, these are the accompaniment of operations where customers are using our products for the first time or where the best possible patient outcome is achieved even in particularly difficult cases.
What is the biggest challenge in your work?
One of the challenges is definitely to be involved in the respective treatment methods of the applications and also to pass on my knowledge during trainings and courses.
What makes your job at phenox so special?
This is, above all, the freedom of planning that I am given for the entirety of my actions.
What three terms come to mind when you think of phenox and why?

Social: This is based on my previous work experience with my colleagues.

Innovative: For me, this includes the products such as the flow diverters with movable wire and, of course, right at the top for me is the HPC technology.

Flexible: Feedback from me or the customers regarding the products used is taken directly into account and responded to immediately.
What role does teamwork play at phenox?
In my experience, good teamwork is a key factor. In our sales department, we work as a team when it is necessary and makes sense. But you can also act independently without being restricted in any way. By this I mean that support is always available to me and that I, in turn, provide support at all times. And that applies to every department.
What excites you most about phenox? What makes you proud?
I am particularly enthusiastic about being able to use all resources to design and ensure the treatment of patients and the use by our customers. To be able to realize the best possible treatment of patients with an optimal outcome makes me proud.
What do you look forward to most when you come to work?
Life at phenox is never boring. There are always new challenges waiting for me. In addition, there are always new product developments. As a salesperson, I'm always particularly pleased to be able to pass on the innovations directly to the customers.
