Senior Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d), full-time, Bochum

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Development, optimisation and implementation of manufacturing processes in a medical environment
Analysation, calculation and implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies
Connecting manual and IT-supported manufacturing processes with state-of-the-art AI and robotics technologies
Analyzing and improving production performance using data-driven methods
Application of lean management ideas to increase efficiency and reduce waste

YOUR PROFILE

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, medical technology or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience (>5 years) in production technologies and environments, ideally in medical industries with a focus on AI and robotics
Intense skills in manufacturing technologies, knowledge of lean management, application of AI solutions and robotics
German and English business fluent
Well organized and with attention to detail while keeping a “getting the job done” and “problem solving” attitude
Work independently and be a great team player
Confident handling of AI tools, ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio etc.)
