We would like to fill the following position for our newly founded Italian branch office in Milano as soon as possible:

Office Manager (m/f/d) (full time)

Your responsibilities

  • Managing different tasks for a newly founded branch office
  • Organizational and administrative tasks supporting management
  • Consignment management
  • Fulfilling contract bids (tenders) and offers
  • Customer service
  • Training entry-level employees for office support tasks
  • Telephone interaction with hospital administration and pharmacies

Your profile

  • Business or economics degree preferred
  • Experience with hospital contract bids or similar tenders
  • A minimum of five years of healthcare experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Occasional travel required
